I was washing the dishes when on the radio a song set in that had those piano staccato chords (I don't know which one). I dropped everything, turned it off and ran to my room to write a song in that mood. This has come together in a matter of minutes.
Did the recording the next day in a night shift after band rehearsal.

When this song was finished I was so happy I literally cried. It's so different from my usual stuff and the closest I'll ever get to a perfect pop song. I think this is a once-in-a-lifetime song and maybe the best one I have ever written.
The dishes weren't done until the week after.
